CENTRA CLEANING LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms
Welcome to CENTRA CLEANING LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all cleaning and Valet Trash services and related activities provided by us to any customer, property owner, tenant, business, or any other party (“Client”, “you”, or “your”).
By booking a service, paying an invoice, or using our website www.centracleaning.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms are a binding legal contract. They protect both you and us by setting clear expectations, limitations, and responsibilities.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- “Service” refers to any residential, commercial cleaning or valet trash service provided by us.
- “Property” means the premises where the cleaning service is to be performed.
- “Booking” means a confirmed appointment for services, whether made online, by phone, or otherwise.
- “Team” refers to our employees, contractors, or agents assigned to perform the service.
- “Client” or “you” refers to the individual or entity requesting services.
3. Scope of Services
We provide residential, commercial cleaning and valet trash services tailored to the specifications agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing, services typically include standard cleaning tasks (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, bathroom and kitchen cleaning).
Exclusions: We do not handle:
- Biohazard cleanup (e.g., blood, bodily fluids, hazardous waste)
- Heavy construction debris removal
- Pest extermination
- Structural repairs or maintenance
- Cleaning of areas that pose safety or legal risks
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal scope, or otherwise inappropriate for cleaning.
Any additional tasks requested outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges and must be pre-approved.
Additional Charges: If the actual condition of the Property requires significantly more time or effort than described at booking (e.g., excessive dirt, clutter, or post-construction debris), we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly. We will inform you before proceeding with additional work.
4. Service Areas
CENTRA CLEANING LLC currently operates within Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County, Florida.
We do not guarantee service outside these counties. Bookings made for locations beyond our coverage may be declined or subject to additional fees.
5. Bookings & Scheduling
Services can be booked via our website www.centracleaning.com using the Booking Kola system, or by contacting our customer support directly.
- Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once you receive an email or message from us stating the appointment details.
- Lead Time: We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and surcharges.
- Arrival Window: While we strive to arrive on time, traffic and other factors may cause delays. You agree to allow a 30-60 minute arrival window.
- Changes to Booking: Any changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules or reassign personnel as needed to meet operational requirements.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the Property on the scheduled date and time. This includes:
- Providing correct entry instructions, keys, or access codes.
- Ensuring driveways, walkways, and entry points are clear and safe.
- Securing pets or notifying us in advance of their presence.
If our team is unable to access the Property for reasons outside our control (e.g., locked gates, incorrect codes, no one home when required), a lockout fee equal to the full-service cost will apply.
We are not liable for damages arising from forced entry unless expressly authorized in writing by the Client.
Photographic Evidence: To ensure service quality and resolve disputes, our team may take limited before-and-after photos of cleaned areas (never including personal identifiers or private content). These photos are used solely for internal quality control, proof of service, and dispute resolution, and are stored securely.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, you agree to:
- Prepare the Property by removing clutter, valuables, and fragile items from cleaning areas.
- Disclose Special Conditions such as allergies, pets, unusual cleaning needs, or potential hazards (e.g., mold, asbestos).
- Provide Accurate Information regarding the size of the property and level of cleaning required.
- Secure Valuables: We recommend storing jewelry, cash, and important documents. We are not liable for unreported missing items.
- Cooperate with Our Team and refrain from interfering with their work.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional fees, rescheduling, or termination of service.
7A. Misuse of Services & Client-Caused Damages
You agree to use our services only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You further agree not to:
- Request services for any illegal activity or in violation of local regulations.
- Expose our team to unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile environments.
- Misrepresent the condition of the Property or withhold information that would materially impact service delivery.
If damage, injury, or loss arises due to Client’s actions, negligence, omissions, or unsafe conditions, you shall be solely responsible and agree to indemnify CENTRA CLEANING LLC for any resulting claims, costs, or damages.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services immediately if misuse or unsafe conditions are detected, without refund.
8. Supplies & Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed, CENTRA CLEANING LLC provides all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to perform the service. We use industry-standard, safe, and effective cleaning products.
- Client-Supplied Products: If you request that we use your own cleaning supplies or equipment, you assume full responsibility for their safety, suitability, and any resulting damage to property or surfaces.
- Special Products: Requests for specialty or eco-friendly products must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.
- Equipment Malfunction: We are not liable for breakdowns of client-owned equipment used during the service.
9. Pricing & Payment Terms
All pricing will be communicated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. Prices are based on the information you provide about the property and service needs.
- Rates: May vary based on property size, level of cleaning required, and frequency of service.
- Taxes: Applicable sales taxes will be added where required by law.
- Payments: Full payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, depending on the payment arrangement.
- Accepted Methods: Payments may be made online via secure gateways, credit/debit card, or other methods approved by us.
- Invoice: All invoices are due and payable within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Failure to pay an invoice, in full, within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt will cause that invoice, or part thereof, to accrue interest at three percent (3%) per month until paid in full. Once your invoice becomes thirty (30) days past-due, Centra Cleaning LLC may transfer your invoice, account, and any past-due payments to a collection agency or attorney. If your invoice, account, and any past-due payments is transferred to a collection agency or attorney, Centra Cleaning LLC shall be entitled to recover all costs and fees in collecting your past-due balance, including all reasonable attorneys’ fees.
- Late Payments: Any unpaid balances beyond 7 days may accrue late fees and may result in suspension of services.
We reserve the right to adjust rates at any time with notice for future bookings.
10. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change, but last-minute cancellations impact our scheduling and staff. Therefore:
- 24-Hour Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid fees.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: You will be charged the full-service fee.
- Company Cancellations: In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or refund any prepaid amounts.
11. Refunds & Credits
We do not issue cash refunds except where required by law. Instead, we may, at our discretion, provide:
- Service Credits to be applied toward future cleanings; or
- Rescheduling Options to complete the service at a later date.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can review and, where appropriate, send a team back to address the issue.
12. Service Quality & Re-Cleans
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but cleaning is inherently subjective.
- Quality Concerns: You must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
- Re-Clean: If justified, we will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra charge.
- Limitations: We do not guarantee re-cleans for complaints made beyond 24 hours, for issues outside the agreed scope, or for areas that were cluttered or inaccessible during the original service.
We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction where a re-clean was declined.
13. Damage, Loss & Liability
We take great care in servicing your property. However, accidents can happen. Our liability is strictly limited as follows:
- Accidental Damage: If our team causes damage to an item that was not pre-existing, we may repair or replace it, capped at the total cost of the service provided.
- Fragile Items: We are not responsible for damage to fragile or unsecured items (e.g., picture frames, loose fixtures, collectibles) not disclosed beforehand.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not liable for wear, tear, or damage to items that were already compromised (e.g., loose grout, cracked tiles).
- Loss of Items: We are not liable for missing items unless there is clear evidence of theft by our team (which is highly unlikely due to background checks).
- Indirect or Consequential Losses: Under no circumstances are we liable for lost profits, emotional distress, or other indirect damages.
14. Health & Safety
The safety of our staff and clients is a priority. Therefore:
- Hazardous Conditions: We will not perform cleaning in areas contaminated with hazardous substances (e.g., mold, asbestos, human/animal waste, pest infestations).
- Client Disclosure: You must disclose any conditions that may pose risks to our team.
- Protective Measures: Our staff may use personal protective equipment when deemed necessary.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where conditions are unsafe or present health risks.
15. Employee Conduct & Non-Solicitation
All CENTRA CLEANING LLC staff are vetted, trained, and insured. While performing services, our team will act professionally and respectfully.
- Direct Hiring Ban: You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any of our staff (current or former) for cleaning services outside our company for 12 months after their last service under our employment.
- Breach Consequence: If this clause is breached, you agree to pay us $2,500 as a fair estimate of recruitment and training losses.
- Misconduct Reporting: If you ever have a concern about a staff member’s conduct, notify us immediately so we can address it.
16. Third-Party Contractors
We may use vetted third-party contractors to perform part or all of the services. When we do:
- We remain responsible for the overall quality of service.
- Contractors are bound by confidentiality and service standards.
- You agree not to hold contractors personally liable for claims related to services performed under our contract.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is owned by CENTRA CLEANING LLC or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or reviews you provide may be used by us for promotional purposes without compensation to you.
18. Privacy & Data Use
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information responsibly.
- We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services (contact info, property details, payment data).
- Payment details are processed securely via third-party gateways — we do not store credit card numbers.
- Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Cookies & Website Use
Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and analyze site traffic.
- You may control cookie settings through your browser.
- Continued use of our website constitutes consent to our cookie practices.

We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for downtime or technical failures.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather, natural disasters, or floods
- Pandemics, public health emergencies, or government restrictions
- Power outages, road closures, or transportation disruptions
- Labor disputes or staff illness
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services once conditions permit.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CENTRA CLEANING LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Unsafe property conditions you failed to disclose
- Your negligence or misconduct in connection with the services
This clause survives termination of our agreement.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Exclusion of Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Assumed Risks: You acknowledge that cleaning involves inherent risks (e.g., moving items, using water/cleaners) and accept responsibility for areas/items not disclosed as fragile or at risk.
23. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Therefore:
- Good Faith Resolution: Before taking legal action, you must contact us to attempt resolution informally.
- Mediation/Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration under Florida law.
- Court Venue: If litigation is required, it shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
25. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, or applicable law.
- Notification: Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
- Continued Use: Your continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
