  • Place Trash Outside Your Door
    Residents bag their household trash and place it in a provided bin or outside their door during the scheduled pickup window (usually between 6 PM – 8 PM, Sunday through Thursday).
  • We Pick It Up
    Our uniformed service professional comes by in the evening, collects the trash from each unit, and transports it to the community’s on-site dumpster or compactor.
  • Clean & Done
    Any spills or messes are cleaned up immediately. Residents bring the empty bin back inside by the morning to comply with property guidelines.

Unit-to-Dumpster Pickup Process

 

For each unit marked for pickup:
  • Collect bagged trash placed outside the unit door
  • Check for leaks, overfilled bags, or prohibited items
  • Sanitize or wipe area (if there are spills or debris)
  • Log any violations (loose trash, improper bags, missed pickups)
  • Leave courtesy notice if rules were broken
Dumpster/Compactor Disposal
    • Transport collected trash to designated disposal site
    • Properly dispose of bags in the dumpster/compactor
    • Check for and report any overflow or blockage issues
    • Clean up any spillage around dumpsters
    • Sanitize equipment and carts
Cleanliness & Safety
  • Inspect breezeways, hallways, and stairs for litter
  • Pick up stray trash and report major messes
  • Ensure all carts are cleaned and stored properly
  • Report suspicious activity, damaged bins, or maintenance issues
Documentation & Reporting
  • Take photos of:
